Very busy store with a good extended health benefits once you’ve passed your probation term of 3 months. Locally owned family run non-franchise company has pros and cons.
Poorly managed makes for a difficult working environment Very minimal job training and no room for advancement. Poor work/life balance and difficult to take time off especially for appointments that sometimes cannot fall on scheduled days off.
Sick days are unpaid and highly frowned upon taking.
