Patient Care Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 30 October 2017
intense, fast pace and a lot of work. It can be overwhelming most of the time but with the family style atmosphere its make it less stressful. management can be better organized but when a company has there set ways its hard to sometimes change.
Had a wonderful time working there. Learn a lot and was appreciated. Lot of changes going on management needs to focus on people too. Balance between work and personal time was more than appreciated. Co-workers have been a family to me.
good place to work if you have experience for it pays what you bring in
Network/ IT Specialist (Former Employee) – Richmond, BC – 14 August 2017
- strict on start-time of work in the morning - good pay and benefit with RRSP matching up to 5% - stock discount on 15% for employees - conservative and strict management on policies and procedures/change management - not so good on work/life balance
Case Manager (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 24 July 2017
Everyday tasks were to answer phone calls from program members, assist them to process their claims and call insurance and clinic in order to get paperwork processed quickly and on time. Excellent paid training time which stretches as long as 2 weeks. Management very compassionate. Hardest part of job was sitting all day and the most enjoyable part was the cafeteria which had excellent menu and subsidized pricing.
Good culture, continuous feedback from upper management, no long hours.
Must be bilingual, location inconvenient for those living in Toronto
