Great Employer

I have worked at McDougall for 5+ years. I have always enjoyed working for them. They are a great employer and care for each and every one of their employees. If you're looking for a change of career or employment, I would highly suggest McDougall Insurance. Stressful, very little perks and overwhelmingly "fake" culture

This is a good company to start with but do not expect growth or good pay for what you are doing. They severely underpay their staff....compared to a living wage it is pitiful. Really great environment, supportive office

While definitely an office that takes insurance seriously, the office is a warm, inviting place. The training and onboarding are solid, and the opportunity to improve your skills is always there. Supportive coworkers, very friendly atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough.
