Cleaner kitchens, better products or at least less direct contact with/around them. If you're going to make chemicals, please have a machine or a scientist do it.

They should really ensure that new workers are being treated right and protect them from any hostile environment and encourage them to speak out about it and not just look down on them and think they are being a terrible worker!!!

Determine whether you wish to work for a Franchise or a Corporation. If you like stricter guidelines and work driven focus then choose the Corporation path. Franchise stores I feel are more customer based and I see much more return customers at these locations.
