Lots of actions

Typical day would be very busy especially in downtown, but with that I learned how to manage a shift even when I am understaffed. Managing a shift is simple when my employees show up to work, I give everyone a goal for the shift and i encourage them by offering a free meal.

The hardest part of the job was going night shifts, in downtown it gets - more... very busy and dangerous, but the enjoyable part of it was going through all the action as a team. - less
ProsFree meals, friendly staff, manage a shift the way I see fit
Conshad to do night shifts, many not coming to work, too much responsibility for less
