Great place to work fast pace great people to work with

I loved working with the different types of people in. I had to be very patient with the customers that were upset because I had to calm them down and make sure they were tickets.

There are some good people who work at Maxwell Roofing .

Maxwell Roofing has some great people who work there. Some positions in upper management has people filling those positions that would be a better fit somewhere other than where they are at . Communication is one of the biggest problems working at this company and lack of leadership. It is a good company to work for if you not looking for advancement in your career due to the fact they hire from outside rather than promoting from within the company. The pay is okay but don’t look for pay raises. 4 years of service and after 120 days of starting they started paying what I asked when hired then I was never offered a raise within 4 years of working weekly some weekends and some holidays.

They don’t pay employees to drive their company trucks like they are supposed to

Inspirational

Maxwell Roofing provides an atmosphere that is truly inspirational. You WANT to do your job to the best of your ability. They RECOGNIZE you and what you bring to the company. There is no such thing as a bad idea here, only opportunities to improve and advance the common goal. You are valued and treated with respect. Advancement within the company is a huge priority. I know this from personal experience.

Go somewhere else.

I would not recommend anyone working for them. Not a family friendly and clueless management. I wasted my time going there after working for another company for a long time.

Small company with poor management

Took the job for the money, and hated the management from day 1. Made it work until my own license was approved from the state. These people suck............

Great Family-owned Company with Opportunities for Advancement

Maxwell Roofing has been around for over 60 years for a reason. This is a company on the rise with many opportunities for advancement. They lead the industry with their use of technology and reporting capabilities to customers and I have learned a lot from their technical expertise senior managers. Expectations have been demanding but not overwhelming. My managers have been down to earth and understanding of different real-world problems I have had. They have worked with me knowing that I am committed to being the best that I can be.

Productive and fast paced work place

Maxwell Roofing + Sheet Metal is a good company, my uncle works there he was my boss. At work we all would have a great time but also worked our butts off. Overall, I liked the people I worked with we all were like a big family.

Great, family friendly work environment

I have been employed at Maxwell Roofing for over a year and can honestly say that employees are treated as family. I retired from the government after 21 years, and was a bit nervous about making the change. I haven't looked back once and plan to retire from Maxwell Roofing as well. I am truly blessed with a great employer who cares for the well being of each employee.

Business is busy, great people, great benefits and pay, excellent equipment and family oriented atmosphere.

ive been here for 6 year's and love working compared to the other company'si have worked for, family owned and they listen to what u have to say i dont plan on goi g no where else to work i plan on retiring here

Great place to work and grow as a professional!

Relaxed but competetive work athmosphere. Family owned company, without the "Corporate" feel. Friendly coworkers. Goals are tough but attainable. In my role with the company, I get to work closely with current customers as well as continue to grow the market place by prospecting for new business. I would encourage anyone to take a look at employment with Maxwell Roofing and Sheetmetal.

Good People

Maxwell is run by Brothers who were roofers before they were millionaires. Very nice too. The people you work with are great! good hour lunch break. freedom on the job. advancement opportunities are limitless!
