Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Victoria, BC27 October 2017
Hours are perfect for having a balanced life. It is hard to keep your targets for calls per hour. There is opportunity for overtime and it is only if you volunteer. It was hard when you would hear stories about people not being able to see a doctor or were not informed that they would be charged.

Productive and fun workplace. Family and friendly environment. Everyone accountable and team work environment. Overstaffing with no foresight of the accommodation for the employees
