A staple of the Quebec landscape for more than 35 years, the Maxi banner is a destination of choice for consumers looking not only for competitively priced products, but also for freshness and high-quality local products. The banner’s success derives from its low-price policy, a friendly and worry-free shopping experience, its investment initiatives, the continuous improvement of its offer, but most importantly, the loyalty demonstrated by its customers and its more than 10,000 committed and talented colleagues.

Toxic environment
Employees lack respect towards customers and themselves. Blame game occurs while there is a lack of manpower. Pay is above average with experience, but not worth it in the long run.

Aucun soutien de la part du directeur.
Tout doit être plein partout en même temps. Impossible d’être partout tout le temps. Le directeur ne comprend pas ça. Stress incroyable de sa part.
