After starting at Mauser I began helping solve old issues. HVAC, PM and routine maintenance, improvements, and new equipment installations. We reduced the ambient temperature in the facility by repairing the roof fans.
Great people to work with. Management and coworkers
Dirty at first, Hot at first, Repaired ventelation
This place is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Jumps out safety equipment and the plant manager knows it happens. Biased plant also and very cut throat. If you pass gas in the plant someone will tell on you. Production manager only wants latinos to work in the plant. This is a very poorly managed plant. Plant manager has cameras all over the plant and even in the break room.
Come in and talk to your supervisor about the days breakdowns, get your work orders for the day and help coworkers to complete work orders. You get plenty of experience in mechanical and electrical equipment

nice people but fast pace, long hours, food grade, loud, located in a rough area of Indianapolis, management is nice. working nights makes for a long night being the only maintenance person on night shift
Industrial Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) – Addison, IL – 27 June 2017
I like working at mauser as because there is always something different to do every day , You are always busy but that's good you get to do a little bit of everything and my point of view that's the only way to get good and gain experience. One of the bad things is that is really hot
