It was good, repetitive work, it allowed me to focus, I worked quickly, efficiently. I enjoyed the work. But due to moving, was unable to continue with the position

Boring job always looking forward for the day to end.

Matsu Manufacturing makes you feel like a robot because you will have to do the same thing for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. This would be put parts into a machine and taking them out. The people around you are really friendly and the bosses are really understanding but the job is not something you would look forward to going to everyday.

Pros

Co Workers are freindly

Cons

Long hours, Repetitive Job

Night Shift Co-op

When you have to show adaptability, doing a night shift is one way of really doing it. the toughest part is remembering that while everyone else gets to sleep, you must wake up and get ready for work. A day of work would be arriving to work getting our uniforms, getting assigned to a work station in the production line and each shift is a differrent station to prevent boredom. It was quite an experience, met great people, and got a work reference out of it.

Pros

Caring for safety

Cons

long hours

Productive and fun workplace

Very repetitive. Robots would do most of the work staff just inspects and assembles parts before and after passing parts on to the robots. I Iearnt how to read and use a GOT screen, and more about quality control. Management and co-workers are caring and understanding. The hardest part is the repitition, and the most enjoyable part is breaks every 2 hours.

Fun and productive workplace with optional over-time

Quite busy and repetitive, but breaks are every two hours! Management and co-workers are very friendly, understanding, supportive and easy-going. The hardest part of the job is the alternation from afternoon-morning shifts.
