Fun work but too much drama

Midnight shift wasn’t too bad. Fast paced and they train you at multiple machines. If you’re looking for a job where you just come into work and not socialize? This would be the placement. I liked the work but there was a ridiculous amount of drama among the employees. Fantastic supervisors though.

It isn't fair that temp workers do the exact same job as the full-time employees but don't get paid the same and don't get the same benefits it makes you lose your motivation very quickly in this place

Terrible place to work at

Place is so bad that if you value your life you will not go there. The place will littery suck any good vibe and attitude out of you. The managment is very poor. I've worked there for 16 yrs and am finally free of that place. They treat people poorly. Penalize for mistakes but do not reward a job well done. If there was such a thing as 0 stars thats what the company deserves. Some people are nice...

Old Yom workers treat new people like they are 2nd class people.while they stand around complaining that new worker's dont work.all missing teeth.....

It's a rotated shift work in manufacturing factory. 4 quarters per shift, come with 2 10mins break and 30mins lunch break. assembly the car parts with the robot
