Its a good company, but the pay is not worth it. The morning supervisor tell you to work fast even though you are doing your best. They should do give the worker more time on lunch break. When i got hired by agency there were 3 months probation to get the benefits but i almost waited a year to get it.

The worse than dollar store quality of products lead the customer cancelled their orders.Strange part is quality management certified each part with initials on shipping tags.Illiterate personnel with zero knowledge.
Poor air quality, On the top of HR lied to ministry that third party did air quality inspection, never submitted the report to company. Rude HR, having zero etiquettes.Even don't deserve to be general laborer.
Supervisors poor attitude towards workmanship.Backstabbing and favouritism in all three shifts. Stay away.........
Company is good.Actually big group of companies but looking to work in a comapny with more challenges and more skills.I am seeking a position with a stable company with room for growth and opportunity for advancement.

Typical day at work is I start off by waiting for quality to check the work which takes a little while to do so. Take down the product into a rack gather all the pieces with a crane then quality checks it again which takes a while. Management is not good they cannot organize and I do what I can to get everything done but they never get al the pieces it is a lot of waiting when I just want to work an also they way they talk to the employees with no respect. They buy old machines that always break down. they over work the workers and get mad and hold it against them when they get sick they painters are no good runs all over the place and they ship garbag over quality which is sad The hardest part of my day is waiting to work it drives me crazy. worst place I have ever worked
Strong manufacturing enterprise with opporunity to grow
