Culture Rot. Still run on the emotions of a select few versus basic business principles. The organization doesn't seem to want to embrace being a major major business player. Stuck in 1984. The company having so much potential and not embracing progressive change is painful to watch.
Extremely slow. I was hired on to fill a "needed position" and would either have nothing to do, or everything to do. Everyone in my department hoarded their work. If they were given something to do, they jumped on it because they had nothing going on. No collaboration unless it's a massive project that requires different people to do different tasks.
A lot of very inappropriate personal questions. If you make the mistake of going on an interview here know no one does any remotely conventional interviews be prepared for very awkward invasive quesfjons

Mastronardi Produce does not require background checks. Mostly for becoming a truck or local driver it would require a background check as well as a driver's abstract.
