Very busy and highly disorganized

Timing is everythin. I joined Plant 1 as a supervisor during a very difficult time for Marwood. Being new to the business and site training was limited and scattered as a typical shift was all about fire fighting. Tooling in many areas was poorly maintained and what you fixed today would bite you again tomorrow. The hot stamp area was extremely hot and required frequent changeover which always...

Great summer student job

Worked there in the summer as a student and loved it, plant 4 team leads are amazing and very welcoming/helpful. Pay was decent for being a student and lots of overtime was available and optional.
