the staffs are friendly except some sous from the kitchen. it is decently buy during the summer but very dead in the winter. so do not believe that anything management promising you during the busy summer and they will ditch you in the winter . the f/b and executive chef are pretty lazy and irresponsible. they usually just ditch the team and leave every day early despite how busy the night is and the poorly staffing.
The executive chef works hard to provide a great work environment, the kitchen staff including the sous chefs are very good at what they do and the foh staff are working together with the kitchen staff to ensure a great work atmosphere
