A company trying to find its way
Assistant Store Manager (Current Employee) –  Canada28 September 2013
New management is working hard to get the stores up and running properly. With sometimes odd choices of direction and misinformation. The pay grade is not equivalent to the amount of work needed.
Pros
In store staff if chosen properly can create a great work environment
Cons
Pay, work hours, disorganized upper management

Front sales and excellence in customer relations (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC28 March 2018
Like most jobs in retail, it can be particularly hostile when dealing with some customers but the discounts and products available at Marks are nearly unmatched. Needless to say, that’s the best pro I’ve found.
