Raise pay to a sustainable level there are 2 workers at about $12 an hour so to run the labor end of business for an 8 hour shift you would need to sell $192 worth of product. so to take a loss of $36 per 8 hour shift and you can afford to pay your employees $14.25 which i believe will be enough to raise worker morale enough to stay with the business.


I left Marie's for a job where I was able to work more mornings as I was a regular employee who worked mostly nights.


A steady pace. There was always something to do.
