Administration doesn’t respond to workers needs for more support.

I woke up excited for work!

Wonderful kids, wonderful colleagues, and overall a wonderful school. The hours are awesome since they're regular school days + 2 hours of After School Care, so it's easy to have a good work/life balance. Breaks are usually an hour long, which is also really nice as being around kids all day can require a bit or recharging. The kids themselves are smart, endlessly kind, and generally seem happy to learn and be at school. My only negative is that there isn't really any training, so you kind of just need to figure things out as you go, but it's a fairly intuitive process and other staff are always happy to help and offer advice. Overall, a great place to work!

I loved working at MMA. The staff and students were lovely. There were some old school perspectives left over from when it was a more conservative christian school, but it was cool to watch those ideals change with the new generation of children's needs. There's not a lot of room for upward mobility given that it is a small school. in house Montessori training was good though. Dress nice, be kind, creative and polite and you will do well here. out trips are fun!

Fun workplace

Great working staff to help you with all your needs. Team teaching is great! The best part of the job is working with the students. The hands on materials are provided in each classroom and help with learning.
