Terrible. You are a number and you will be worked like a dog until they are ready to get rid of you by making your life so hard you just quit.

Chaos. Everything is Chaos. No one knows anything, everyone is bitter, angry, and frustrated. The people at head office have a complex and think because they've got a fixed desk they are Gods, untouchable, where as the unit level managers are bitter and exhausted. The concept of "fun work life balance" doesn't exist.
