Very laidback seasonal work. It is very, very slow in the fall and winter, and it borders on boring and dull, but during the summer it is very chaotic and fast paced. There are a lot of young employees, most on average are about 16, with the management being in their early twenties. Very easy job but management lacks structure, there are no benefits, the pay is middle of the road. Very easy to advance up the ladder if you’re even slightly good, but that only comes with slight pay increases and a lot more responsibility.
Free ice cream every day, easy work, short shifts
No benefits, picky upper management
