Take a good look at the performance of HR
Don't cheap out on wages keeps employees happy for the average worker.. HR needs to be tuned down quit firing good employees for petty stuff.. Promote with in.. employees that help build the company what is today.. they have the knowledge.. and wisdom .. you have way too many people in management.. that know nothing about the job.. make major.. screw ups ..cost the company millions.. when all said and done they take the money they made and run.. ive been there a long time.. what i see lately is a very sad situation.. company is getting run into the ground!
