Yard Labourer (Former Employee) –  Fredericton, NB24 July 2017
This job placement is great for someone that loves building houses. There are all kinds of departments you can choose from in case you don't like what you're doing they can move you around to try different things

The people you work with barely make it bareable.
Finish Bay Laborer (Former Employee) –  Fredericton, NB25 June 2017
It's a good first job for someone looking to get into trades, but definitely not a place to have a career. The work is monotonous and basically slave labour, unless you're working in a trade specific department (Plumbing, Electrical). Management is a joke, too many managers and supervisors who are scared to say anything to upset the others.
Pros
Steady Schedule, Combination of inside/outside work
Cons
Ignorant managers, short lunches, no regard for safety (unless Worksafe NB is on site)

Productive and exciting
Skilled Labourer (Current Employee) –  Fredericton, NB10 March 2017
The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to learn new things about the electrical trade as a whole, troubleshooting both general everyday electrical problems to things that make your head want to spin from how confusing it can be, but getting to work through it and feel that sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
Pros
Challenging work environment
Cons
Weather conditions in the yard

No room for advancement. Do not work here as an apprentice of any kind.
Labourer / Plumbing and Ventilation (Former Employee) –  Fredericton, NB21 March 2016
Started as an apprentice to get hours for my trade. Was put on other work duties that did not pertain to what I was hired for. Supervisor was terrible and didn't know half of what he was doing and was very lazy, warehouse foreman likes to walk around and yell at people. When the apprenticeship officer showed up, there would suddenly be work available in our respective trades. Do not work here if you are looking to learn your trade. Pay is terrible and the raises they offer are insulting. I was there for over a year and got a 16 cent an hour raise. Ok for a 12 year old paper boy I guess.

Very disorganized.
Pros
Job in Fredericton
Cons
Low pay, useless supervisors, avoid if you are an apprentice at all costs.
