Work until they achieve there production numbers.....that's the only thing that matters to them......It doesn't matter to them how many hours past your shift you are....you don't leave until production is done!!!

Very cold fast paced....if you don't have an outside life then this place is for you otherwise avoid this place as it will only bring stress and pain to your body. They don't care how many hours they make you work as long as they get their production numbers. When machinery breaks down don't expect it to be fixed right away ( it could take anywhere from a day or a month or even longer for things to get fixed) as the reliability team and automation team wern't trained to fix the machines they will be working on. Therefore you will be doing the work manually in this state of the art facility. :((
