I felt welcomed from day one. Being able to work individually and as part of the team is a must. Management is very generous and cares about the well-being of each employee. Offers many opportunities for growth, which I haven’t seen in other companies. Good medical and retirement benefits. Overall, a very fulfilling place to work!

Spin-off of a solid Chinese company. Staff turn over is about 80%, average seniority about 1 year. Company opperates in the fire alarm industry and their reputation is already taking a sour turn due to it's bad management.

Everyone's opinion matters, this is a company that takes your individuality to heart and helps you grow as a person and in a business. Everyone works very well together and has a family mentality which is refreshing in an office environment.

Missing Company Culture. They need to start hiring and populating their staff. I really enjoyed working with the people there, and enjoyed branding an launching a company from scratch.
