Easy going coworkers low drama
Training was good lots of online courses and paid above the industry norm. Variety of shifts from p and d to night linehaul and lcv training if you desire. Company is all through Canada so if you wanna relocate that's an option. Paid weekly is nice every Thursday and on point .

Wage roll backs almost every year for the delivery owner operators!
I never signed on with them. I never liked them. I was with North West Transport. I was making 11 to 12,000.00 per month and doing great. Everything there was really good. When Manitoulin bought it out, they left it alone for about 8 months. Then came the meet for Giant roll backs! At the end I was earning about 6000,00 per month and working a lot longer hrs and everything was miserable. I would n...

Would not recommend to anyone/workplace bullying and do not adhere to the policies of the company.
Very toxic work environment. Culture is to hide what is going on during audits but the toxicity is apparent to most who visit the docks. Warehouse staff openly swear and berate other drivers - including those who work for other companies. No team atmosphere or concern for the well being of employees.
