Working at MITT was the best work environment I have ever experienced. It was a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness; working at MITT Pembina campus was like having a second family.

Decisions are not made quickly, no growth is given to staff members in terms of learning. No training is provided. Salary increment is close to null. A typical day will include the same activities everyday. Nothing new, no advancement, zero learning. Workplace culture is okay. Very few to no activities for staff enjoyment in the enrollment services department. Hardest part of the job is to deal with politics. Most enjoyable part of the job there is no pressure for work.
Pros
no pressure
Cons
too much politics, unfair, high delay in everything, very unorganized, everything is manual (no systems for doing any work)

Is a good start working while studying, provides with the opportunity to have a kick start into the Canadian work force for someone like me coming from a country where English is not the national language.
Pros
Work while study
Cons
Low wage, few hours
