Wonderful, open environment, friendly staff, good leadership
Working at MITT was the best work environment I have ever experienced. It was a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness; working at MITT Pembina campus was like having a second family.

Great place
Great people! Great work culture. Competitive salary. It's an ever growing institution with over 25+ programs. I really can't say enough good things about them!

Toxic Environment and incompetent management
My first couple of weeks, there were 5 staff members who left. When I saw that, I knew I made a big mistake going there. There are bullies in management and nothing is done about it, it’s actually ignored, like it’s not happening.

You can do better.
Management creates a toxic work culture, no policy/procedures are followed, expectations to work far exceed business hours, there is a high job turnover for a reason.
