Wonderful, open environment, friendly staff, good leadership
Working at MITT was the best work environment I have ever experienced. It was a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness; working at MITT Pembina campus was like having a second family.

You can do better.
Management creates a toxic work culture, no policy/procedures are followed, expectations to work far exceed business hours, there is a high job turnover for a reason.
Enrolment Services Officer in Winnipeg, MB
on 3 July 2019
Too much politics, very poor management, very unfair
Decisions are not made quickly, no growth is given to staff members in terms of learning. No training is provided. Salary increment is close to null. A typical day will include the same activities everyday. Nothing new, no advancement, zero learning. Workplace culture is okay. Very few to no activities for staff enjoyment in the enrollment services department. Hardest part of the job is to deal with politics. Most enjoyable part of the job there is no pressure for work.
