For full time roles, why are weekends the only times available for work; wouldn't that mean it's a casual part-time job?
Yes it sure would mean that it's casual part time employment because they need people to work weekends, but don't give them full time hours during the week nor a regular schedule; you'll never know when you are working as it will change daily/hourly.
Why is someone asked if they are looking for ft or pt; why not just post real jobs and respect when an application when someone applies?
They won't/don't hire people who are looking for full time because this is a high turnover company so no jobs are ever filled with professional people. These jobs are primarily filled by high school/post secondary students, looking for some christmas money.
