unprofessional and unreliable

Temporary Worker, hamilton - 28 May 2015

very unprofessional manager, ignores temps and leads them on. Not straightforward with wages for jobs, make sure you clarify with them first and get it signed and in writing. no jobs in hamilton location, often have to travel over an hour to placements. Your qualifications don't matter, manager will only give jobs to people she favours. Offered me a job working construction but said there was no overtime pay, yeah that's illegal. Overtime has to be paid and any agreement made by the employee not to be paid OT is invalid. They don't like it if you know the labour laws and OHSA at this place. I would try and find work elsewhere my experience was not very good. Don't expect a career out of this place it's simply an agency that uses you whenever they need to fill a spot.
