Horrible Management
Finance Manager (Former Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 4 April 2023
I would not recommend working here. Pay is below scale and morale is terrible. Management focuses on petty details while ignoring the big picture. Key departments have crucial vacancies resulting in some employees taking on too much work.

Management leaves a lot to be desired. Rules for thee but not for me mentality, and turns a blind eye with favourites. Employees are really good people though.

Future is looking poor, not securing new contracts. Easy warehouse work, pace is relatively laid back. Lots of long-term employees stay, younger people turnover.

Pros: Secure Employment, Great benefits package, Awesome people to work with, - Flexible hours and great work/life balance, Developmental environment with lots of room to grow career-wise.
Cons: On-boarding process was tedious, Contract work.
