MAD is an excellent place to work, I enjoyed my time there. Senior management prides itself in making MAD a great place to work. Production area was less organized they other places, not sure how it is now that they've moved. Job security was really good, only reason I left was to make more money for my family.

Poorly paid and repetitive task

It is ok to start working for MAD if this is your first tech job ever and want use it as a stepping stone but the company won't have much future for development.

Only apply if you don't have anything.

Bad pay and management. They need only international students who can work on less wages. Hr is smart and saving money for company by cutting overtime hours. And most importantly you work 9 hours.

Not a very nice place to work

Management are unprofessional and lack the understanding to coach anyone. Most are yes men to the CEO was only cares about himself.Highly recommend not to work at Mad Elevator Inc.

Harrasment and no upwards movement

I was never appreciated and never goven a chance to move upmor make more money. They stuck me on a machine and basically expected me yo do this for the rest of my life.I am now a manager at another company.
