Inappropriate, hypocritical, abusive behaviour from senior management, particularly clinical. Claim best practice, but continually treat staff horribly. Lack of knowledge/expertise from upper management and many clinical team members. Shouldn’t clinical therapists be approachable and feel safe to talk to?
