Hi and thanks for getting in touch. Most of our interviews are done over the phone...so wear what you like! If you are selected for a second interview, odds are high that it will also be a phone interview - our country is so big and our area managers are usually in the bigger cities. If you do come into the office for an interview, be prepared and here are some suggestions:
Business casual: Forget the suit when interviewing at a business casual company. Men might opt to wear dress slacks or chinos, a button down or polo shirt, a belt and dress shoes. Women might consider wearing a conservative dress, or a blouse (or sweater) with a skirt or dress pants and dress shoes or boots
Black polo shirt and dark pants
Black shirt and black pants
Hard Hat, Steel Toed Boots
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
