There is plenty of work to be done. You will find it hard to find anything standard, logical, or organized here. Different departments name everything different, things you are looking for are buried on multiple hard drives and hard to find/ identify. Many things are only known or learned through experience. You'll need a high aptitude, high level of patience, and a meh attitude to work here. Communication is the worst. No one knows or passes info along.

Pros

Fair pay, work life balance, hybrid opportunities.

Cons

Communication, unorganized, old tech tools and languages.

Relaxed atmosphere

Good place to work. Good hours. Pay isn’t exactly fair, you don’t get much compensation for hard work or top quality aside from an attaboy. They’ll hire people making more than the people they want training them.

Company was a good place to work before investment firm took over. Now it's no more than empty promises and negative work atmosphere. Management is clueless on what they are manufacturing.

Separate chiefdoms

Separate chiefdoms with power clicks and we will fix it latter mentality. This place will Never be an ISO 9000 workplace. Everyone wants to make a great product for the customer, but petty power struggles get them tripping over each other.

family oriented

I started M & M Refrigeration with no knowledge of the business, but with the help of other employee's I have come to learn quit a bit.. They are very family oriented and offer great benefits.. The company cares about your opinion, and they listen well.

Great place and great people

Spent my days meeting a lot of people and talking to new companies to develop new business for M&M. It's a competitive job with a great rewarding feeling when you make a contact to help the company in a positive way. The people their are very friendly and helpful and understand you're not going to be an expert in the industry overnight. The company has no problem sending individuals to specialized classes to learn more about the industry. If it were not for my own personal pursuits in other fields I see no reason to leave this company.
