Very long hours, most days you will work 1-3 hours more than when your shift is suppose to end. The shifts aren't nice either, your whole day will be in the lab. I understand batches need to be in by specific times throughout the day, but due to short staff (and the company doesn't want to hire part-timers) you will be working hours on end. A lot of the people who have been here for years work regular 60-70 hour per WEEK! It is crazy. The people were nice but a good amount were def acting as if they were a manager/that they knew more than you. I think there are better places to work with more competitive pay and work-life balance. This place only cares about how hard you can work, they don't care about your mental or physical well-being.

Entreprise soit disant familiale qui vend un équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle alors que vous ne pouvez jamais finir à l’heure. Une cadence infernale, des règles d’hygiènes très mal respectées, un manque de matériel constant… tout paraît tout beau tout rose au départ puis les langues se délient et on voit défiler les démissions ou les salariés qui refusent de prolonger un cdd par exemple. Et tout ça pour travailler deux samedis sur 3 pour un SMIC ! C’est mal barré quant à leurs objectifs de recrutement !

I was told I couldn't change my schedule or learn a new position because I was "the best technician for the job" and "no one else could fill my role if I left it". Meanwhile, those who were consistently less productive and less qualified than myself were promoted or trained into different, more desirable positions. "Failing upwards" is the culture here as exemplified by management's inability to properly train, discipline, or retain employees.

Micromanagement in a office in downtown. Heave workload and no advancement. A lot of report writing after a long audit day . The culture is mocronagement accross board and there is not much enjoying the job

Mal ambiente laboral y mucha carga laboral

No recomiendo trabajar en este lugar, entras y casi no te dan capacitación, porque nadie tiene tiempo para enseñarte, quieren que hagas todas las tareas al poco tiempo de ingresar, se enojan si les preguntas tus dudas, la carga laboral es muy pesada, el turno es de 10 horas pero no da suficiente tiempo y siempre te tienes que quedar horas extras, te exigen ir días festivos, los líderes (jefes inmediatos) no son empaticos, todos los analistas llevan menos de 6 meses laborando en la empresa porque hay mucha rotación de personal, el pago es muy poco para lo que haces, en la entrevista te pintan todo muy bonito pero cuando entras ves que hay mychas deficiencias y mucha desorganizacion.

Condiciones de trabajo

Es un laboratorio que trabaja para grandes empresas, por lo que son muy exigentes. La mayoría de analistas son recién egresados así que se aprovechan un poco de eso para explotarlos mucho, no pagarles tanto y exigirles más de lo que deberían. Es un buen lugar para aprender, pero si ya tienes experiencia se puede volver muy tedioso. Hay muchísima rotación de personal y eso tiene que ver con que seguido cambian los horarios de trabajo, pasando por turno de 8 (turno de noche), 10 y 12 horas, laborando 4 días y descansando 3, aunque a veces toca trabajar 8 días seguidos, sin importar días festivos. Las horas extras deben solicitarse y comprobarse para que las paguen, y actualmente el salario "corresponde" a los conocimientos que demuestres en la entrevista, lo cual es injusto para los analistas que llevan más tiempo laborando allí. Tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad, pero también es muy buen lugar para aprender.

Trabajo excesivo, no hay servicio de comedor y los jefes no saben cómo manejar correctamente al personal.

Hard werken, minimum loon, 0 waardering

Weinig mensen die veel werk verrichten , dat is de slogan van merieux. Ze nemen zo min mogelijk mensen aan voor minimum loon en verwachten dat alle monsters op tijd worden verwerkt. 5 mensen zijn in een maand tijd vertrokken , 2 mensen voor aangenomen. Teamleiders snappen niet waarom mensen aan het klagen zijn. Overwerken is normaal, geen waardering en ziek melden is een schande. Als je laat zien dat je ergens goed in bent dan maken ze daar flink misbruik van maar een loonsverhoging kun je vergeten. Oh en als je van eentonig werk houd dan mag je daar solliciteren , want er is weinig variatie in werkzaamheden. Succes!
