If you badly need a year of experience then MSXN is fine. If you are any further in your career it is not a good option. Very little money is invested in the equipment or the staff.

Ambiente tossico e razzista

Ho iniziato a lavorare in Merieux come stagista, avendo pregressa esperienza in laboratori di caratura regionale ed una formazione magistrale conseguita con lode e menzione mi sentivo più che adatto a ricoprire questo ruolo. La formazione da parte dell’azienda consiste nel farti leggere e studiare le lunghe procedure di analisi e purificazione dei campioni. Se sai leggere ed hai le dita prensili è sufficiente, non è richiesto praticamente altro se non asserire pedissequamente ai dogmi previsti dalle loro metodiche di analisi.

Ça vend du rêve

Entreprise soit disant familiale qui vend un équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle alors que vous ne pouvez jamais finir à l’heure. Une cadence infernale, des règles d’hygiènes très mal respectées, un manque de matériel constant… tout paraît tout beau tout rose au départ puis les langues se délient et on voit défiler les démissions ou les salariés qui refusent de prolonger un cdd par exemple. Et tout ça pour travailler deux samedis sur 3 pour un SMIC ! C’est mal barré quant à leurs objectifs de recrutement !

I was told I couldn't change my schedule or learn a new position because I was "the best technician for the job" and "no one else could fill my role if I left it". Meanwhile, those who were consistently less productive and less qualified than myself were promoted or trained into different, more desirable positions. "Failing upwards" is the culture here as exemplified by management's inability to properly train, discipline, or retain employees.

Too much work and too little staff

The job itself wasn't bad, but the place was understaffed, so you had to work way longer than you were scheduled. The management didn't care though and they kept taking on bigger projects.

you work until the samples are completed. that means you're understaffed and overworked, and if that gets fixed, corporate will increase the sample load and you will have the same issue. The work itself isn't bad at all, but the long hours, heavy sample load, and poor management makes it a difficult place to stay

Si vous souhaitez être traité à votre juste valeur et évoluer, n'y mettez pas les pieds. Bonne entreprise formatrice, rester là-bas plus d'un an n'a aucun intérêt, à part y laisser sa santé.

dont expect to grow in a french company

Micromanagement in a office in downtown. Heave workload and no advancement. A lot of report writing after a long audit day . The culture is mocronagement accross board and there is not much enjoying the job
