Interesting place to work you never know what your doing day to day could be flood or fire.
I loved my job there. It made me feel good about myself because I know I was there to make a difference helping people get back into there homes . The staff and mangers were fair.

Wasted time
Office staff are a tight non-inclusive group including the manager. Hire people and lay them off constantly as they don’t seem to have much work, I guess that’s why the inner circle leaves all the time to go golfing or go out for lunch while excluding anyone that doesn’t fit in with them. No training provided and zero safety measures, PPE was a paper mask even for industrial fires and asbestos.I could have continued my job hunt and gotten something that would have taken me further, but instead my time and skills were completely wasted.

At one time this was a very good place to work.
Face to face they smile. Once you leave the room, they are quick to swear and gossip. If you are not part of the group you are screwed. Knowledge, education none of that matters, if you are buddy with branch manager you are safe, regardless how dimly lit you are. If the owner for once took time and had some honest conversations with his field staff he would be in shock how poorly managed this operation is, and the manager has always someone to blame.

Great place to work if you can get in. I'm sorry I quit (moved to bc). Employee's are respected and treated very well. Management is awesome. Slow at Christmas, but expected.

A very unhealthy environment a shoot then ask questions later a very toxic place to work no such thing as team there it's all about stabbing people in the back surprised they are still operating
