I had many diverse duties - office work, computer work, staff training, doing activities with residents. I learned many things about how to work with people and what makes them do the things they do. The management was very supportive and helpful. I enjoyed working with the other administrative staff as well as care aides, housekeepers etc. The hardest part of the job was disciplining staff. The most enjoyable part was interacting with residents.
