They are very nicely people
Most applicants are processed online, some in store applications accepted (depending on need for hires/seasonal exceptions)
Interviews are in store with one, or both managers.
First, you apply online through there careers page for your resume to be considered. This also registers you to come in for one of their job fairs.
Job fairs are set up as speed interviewing events where you get to try packaging, bath bomb pressing, FUN product making, and FRESH product making, as well as a one-on-one interview and a short talk on Lush Charity Pots and the program associated. Should you be selected to move forward, you will then be emailed to sign up for the second interview known as Culture Hour.
Culture Hour involves one hour where you get to work in the department chosen for you so that you can experience the workload firsthand. There is a short 10 minute interview as well for the talent specialist to better get to know you for the final decision (given by email).
Easy and simple! Everyone is so friendly especially the managers! They want you to be yourself which is very important!
Very relaxed and personable
