Great people great manager

Overall, this is a good place to work. It is very cliquey and drama does happen but that happens everywhere. The production manager is amazing and is extremely helpful and pushes you to be the best that you can be. However, things do get pretty stressful with unrealistic demands but everyone powers through and does the best we can. The hours are great, and the pay is fine. Raises are very scarce regardless of how hard you work or the things you learn.

The culture and team at Luminor Environmental are wonderful! In the short time I have been working here, everyone has been very welcoming, helpful and willing to take the time to support me in my onboarding. The Management is very approachable and knowledgeable. There are lots of opportunities for growth.

My experience since joining Luminor several months ago has been a positive one. I knew that leaving my previous employer after being there over a decade may present some challenges, but I feel that I have settled in well. The premises, both the office and productions areas, are newer, clean and equipped with modern facilities. The interview process was pleasant, professional and efficient. I was contacted shortly after my interview so I wasn’t left wondering too long how it went. My needs have been well met in regards to the tools required to do my job, and anything extra that I needed was quickly supplied.An area of possible improvement could be a dedicated training program that encompasses more than role the I am in, such as hands-on experience in the production areas to gain more knowledge of Luminor’s products, business practices and work flows.Overall I’d say Luminor cares for their employee’s wellbeing, there’s a good comradery and positive atmosphere, even during the more stressful times, and people are encouraged to get in involved in their social activities. I would recommend working at Luminor if asked.

As a long standing employee (almost 8 years in a couple of weeks) I am proud to be part of this family owned company. I have seen us grow rapidly and bring in new talent. We are a detailed oriented group that provides the best quality product and customer service to our customers. Each day is different so there is never an opportunity to be bored and always offer the opportunity to learn. Although we work hard, our employer provides us with fun events such as our company golf tournament, year end festivities, appreciation lunches and community support drives.
