Shifts depend on the employees position, each employee works 40 hours per week and has a flexible work schedule. Employees are able to work overtime if the shift requires it.

Both, depending on the role. At home agents are in Toronto or Ottawa (depending on the class location) and Peterborough for English.

Your English should be advanced, depending on the role you apply for. If you apply for a English speaking role, it should be proficient. If you'e applying for a German role, then advanced should be sufficient.

No German is not required. There is a team that takes us/ca calls and English speaking German calls. And speaking French I believe there is a small premium for French calls you take but a 100% sure as I only speak English.

There are various shifts starting as early as 7am to 2:30pm and are 8 1/2hours in length. It's shift bidding so you select from the shifts need in order of preference.
