It's a Call Centre; What Do You Expect?

Although this job was a call centre, it was more enjoyable than would be expected, for a short time. I worked here for 1 year and 9 months, and by the end of this time, I grew frustrated with the job and found a new one. As expected, it involves shift work, irate customers, and shotty management.
