Respect and hon our your employees. The number one reason employees quit at Lowe's is because of upper management treatment and low undeserving salaries. Management lacks proper communication. Lacks respect for workers. Management will always blame you for their mistakes. They are not understanding or flexible for students. Just awful awful management.

Weed out those in upper management that are nothing but power tripping morons and replace them with people that actually know how to manage people!!!

What I would suggest is look at your management, I was let go because I told my manager to f### y## because after many time told him to not give people hard time to the hard working people but start to be a manager and told the people that do not do their job and slack off. I worked my butt off for them and the thanks after going to store manager is I am a problem because I dare told them to do their job properly ,never got a review or appraisal in a year and half, so how can new store manager coming in can know who you are and how you work really depending on what really just words from manager that if you do not kiss their a## give you all the shi# job when you are more qualified than them really but not part of the big family of friend. so was not sad to be let go then I improve that night shift going over my manager head doing thing my way but who take the credit for it will give you 2 guess.

Fire all the old people who spouses are retired who don't need a job and promote all the kids that bust their butts to the commission jobs so they can have real income. Then stop catering to senile grandparents who come in and buy A* lamp and spend more time and resources attracting contractors.


TLDR; GIVE MILLENNIALS MONEY + SELL STUFF TO MILLENNIALS = ECONOMY

While being employed for this company, I discovered that when an employee complains that another employee with less seniority has done, or said something that the employee with less seniority is automatically guilty of the offence.
I would suggest that management stop this behaviour and treat all employees equal.
