Owners do not care about employee mental health. No work/home balance. Overworked to the point of burnout and then let go without cause. Work here at your peril. It will suck the joy out of your life. Extremely toxic environment with morally questionable tasks. They may build a good home, but they foster the worst working environment I've ever seen. Owners are petty and vindictive and clearly play favourites. I wouldn't work for this company even if they offered "Sunshine List" pay. Save your sanity...look elsewhere. They will burn you out in less than a year.

I was there on a Maternity leave contract and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. My supervisor was a fantastic person to work with. Some really great staff there.
