Life Insurance Advisor and. Freedom (Former Employee) – Kelowna, BC – 12 September 2018
A very good place to learn, improve, and work. A very serious company who gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about how functions the money management in our life. They have an amazing system of training, efficient courses to be successful in your diplomas. It is a big enterprise. Knowledgeable. Reliable.
After, you have to find your clients, but it is the same in every insurance company, and it is the hard part of the beginning of the job. I have had a lot of pleasure to attempt the Monday morning meetings, to give us punch , faith and tips in our new beginnings.
I keep a good memory of my several months in London Life, but unfortunately heath issues made me interrupted.
And I think sincerely , you have to feel very secure in your self to start this carrier, and before doing it, put away some back up, that will allow you to start more comfortable and entirely devoted to build your clientele.
They have a good medical plan.
studies offered by the Compagny, very good training. opportunity to make a good living if you go through the begining.
advances on comissions, when you generate work. difficult on the begining
productive and fun to work there and the people where amazing to work with

My typical day had 4 mail runs at different times though out the day. plus had to sorted incoming mail and then put them in the desired mail slots so the could be mailed out to the correct floor and department. Also I gathered outgoing mail and redistributed it accordingly. also in the day there was stapling documents and stuffed envelops as needed.
Associate Manager (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 10 August 2018
The company as a whole is a great company with decent salaries and benefits for its employees. Unfortunately there was usually a lack of IT resources/employees to manage the demands of the organization causing unneeded stress and pressure.

Manager (Former Employee) – 330 University Ave, Toronto – 21 November 2017
London Life provides great benefits, employee gym, daycare in Winnipeg and Toronto and has a great work culture. The company is very tightly managed and there is increasing focus on using technology with the customer interaction.
Manager (Current Employee) – London, ON – 16 October 2017
Our company is currently going through a restructure and cost cutting exercise that is expected to last multiple years. They have proven that there is very little job security available within this company at this time. The current culture and atmosphere is toxic. Leadership is poor at all levels. Only the top crust of executives have an idea of what is going on and they are not sharing with their direct reports. Very little trust between leadership and practitioners. HR department is not very good. Great people at the practitioner level. Great Cafeteria.
I have always have had great success working with co-workers, management, and customers in my career with London Life. The company takes pride in its work and the management has always encouraged everyone to ask questions and enhance your knowledge though many educational options available in house and outside the company.
Data Entry Processor (Former Employee) – London, ON – 13 August 2017
Great company with supportive management and lots of opportunities for education and advancement. A leader in both the industry and in the community through various events such at the Forest City Road Races. Lots of perks through employee benefits. Was a huge privilege to work at London Life.
