Collaborative environment with a considerate team at all levels
Director (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 July 2022
I've been with LoKnow for 4+ years and I can honestly say it's the best place I've ever worked. The company attracts people who want to do great work, who care about their team mates and want to solve problems using logic and reasoning, not ego. I've worked at many different types/sizes of companies and LoKnow is truly a special place to work with a great culture.

Really great people and culture
Graphic Designer, Culture and Communications coordinator (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 25 July 2022
Over all fun place to work, the company culture is great if you are extraverted but can be a smidge overwhelming at times. Wages were decent and benefits were good.

A fantastic environment to be part of
Marketing Coordinator (Current Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 24 May 2022
LoKnow has been an amazing company to be part of. They provide everything you need to succeed and for continual growth. Although we all work remotely there is the option to come work in the office and have a hybrid working environment. The company is continually growing and I'm excited to see where the company goes in the near future.

The LoKnow experience has been fun and rewarding
President (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 19 September 2021
I’m the President, but I’m also an employee, I work for the CEO. I joined the leadership team during the pandemic. Interviewed over Google Meets, signed employment agreements digitally, went through onboarding remotely, and have worked 99% from home since joining, and yet I have felt more connected, more engaged, and more creative during this time than at any other time in my career. The talent at LoKnow is amazing, the teams are caring and honest. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to add more in-person time with the team in the coming year, but the career move to LoKnow has been excellent. The company is growing quickly and the opportunities to grow and advance are real.
Pros
Fast growing company means new challenges everyday.
Cons
Fast growing company means new challenges everyday!

It lives up to the expectation for a current & collaborative company
Coordinator (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 2 September 2021
Such a great company to be apart of! The management team is down to earth and openly show they care about the well being of their team. The company has worked hard to develop a strong culture (in person and virtually), with opportunities to get to know team members from different cities, offices, and departments. Fun virtual get togethers and office picnics. Great benefits package An autonomous working environment with trust from your supervisors, and space to suggest ideas without being micromanaged.
Pros
Great office space for creativity with music and lots of snacks, and quiet rooms for different types of workers
Cons
Workloads can fluctuate - some seasons are a lot slower paced, while others will be busy with a quick turn-around

My Favourite Workplace!
Director (Current Employee) - Alberta - 30 August 2021
This is definitely my favourite workplace I've worked in. There's lots of exciting growth and the environment is very supportive. The workplace is fun and engaging, and people genuinely care about what they do. It can move pretty fast at times, so you need to be ready to learn and communicate when you need help.
Pros
Supportive environment, growth opportunities, open communication, exciting industry
Cons
Lots of autonomy, so work/life balance can be difficult to maintain if you don't communicate
