Worst Security Guard Company Ever

Awful company to work for:- never got a pay correct- sometimes had to fight to get for 40 hours or work my typical days- Uniforms are cheap and they always say they will replace them when they get ragged but never do- Management don’t answer e-mails and are never available when you need them

Ok for short term

Co workers and job duties are good but the main problem is management. Management is struggling to work together and they are mean towards employees. All together there are 2 people in HR team and 2 people in operations, one supervisor and one manager. They are loosing contracts because of unprofessional behaviour by the management. They terminate the employees without warning and when they ask for reason, no response.

Great place to work at Goderich Salt Mine

Good place to work in a team environment. No stress and training is good. Decent benefits and overtime is available if you need to pick up shifts. Booking off is easy, just trade your shift with another security guard.

Worked in various places across Montreal downtown, pretty chill job except sometimes you'll have to stand for long hours. Only thing I didn't like was they be switching up the schedule and at times not even tell you so you gotta check the app everyday

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing, this company is poorly managed and they treat their employees as disposable. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Trying to get any answers from management is impossible. They overwork you, have sub-par benefits, and their pay scale is less than desirable. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very toxic, stressful, and hostile at times, especially if apart of any minority community. What is a typical day like for you at the company?12 hours shifts for 2 weeks straight. You may or may not get a break during that time, but don’t hold your breath that you will get one. Usually understaffed resulting in you working a number of different positions as a result.

Loved working with Logixx , get paid for the breaks . Co-worker was really helpful . Supervisor provided all the equipment for safety measurements . If you need some extra shifts , management is always there to help you out

They dont give a permanent site to you and expect you to turn up 15 mins earlier in any corner of the city. If you tell them its too far, they flag you. 3 flags and you're out. The supervisor cannot handle an intelligent interaction and gets on nerve so easily. All and all, a place leeched with nepotism and favoritism. Work here only if you are at your lowest and dont have any hopes in life.

I worked at a large Hamilton site. The site manager will play favourites amongst the guards and give them preferential treatment or preferred hours.The pay is low for what is expected of you. The core guards form cliques and are quite standoff-ish to guards that aren’t on teams.Gossiping is quite rampant at this location and can be frustrating. Some guards are pleasant to work with while some will disappear on shift for hours, ignore radio calls, and spend a lot of time on their phone.

On site manager and co workers are good. Logixx as a company is something you should stay far away from though. They will "forget" to pay you often and ignore 99% of any employees attempts to contact them about any issues including missed pay.
