Fair wages for quality work=employees that will stay; makes recruiting new staff easier.
Upper mgmt being more time efficient & accurate.
Employ a benefits system for long time employees and better wage incentives to keep people working here longer. Can't have career security guards if you're only going to give them 16$ an hour with no benefits. Better wages and benefits leads to happier employees and far less employee turn over you create loyal trustworthy employees who will stick it out till the end this way.
