it's a good place to work if your single and don't really care about life outside, good chunk of money to make in a short amount of time. union based environment.

Worst company I have ever experienced

After watching 7 general managers and dozens of middle managers go through here, the culture remains the same. Toxic work environment. The union tries to help but contract negotiations have proven that management is primarily interested in finding loopholes to get around the collective bargaining agreement.

Labor intensive

While working at logistics, i realized it was very labor intensive and it conflicted with my school schedule and family time due to bit being an afternoon shift and 8 hours long

its a good place to start as a newcomer

it was a great experience being that it is my first job in Canada however the temperatures that i had to work in affected my body and i didnt think the environment was healthy for me.

treated like badly, no hours on afternoons

dont work here, seriously they treat you badly. Afternoons often get off work a few hours early, everyones grumpy and hates working, the place is miserable, they hire 20 workers every few weeks to replace the people that quit/they let go. The pay is alright but its also full of production incentives that make people work twice as hard and they dont work safe. Its a toxic place to work and your asking for an injury being there long term.

Unionised sweatshop

Picking and packaging orders. Trying to attain standards that can't be constantly met unless you're willing to injure yourself. Or better yet run over a fellow employee.

Paid lunch. Paid above minimum wage

Dangerous work environment, can get run over by a reach truck or lift truck, Or falling objects

Union is very weak, Benefits are minimal, very unsafe work place. Supervisors have 0 expierence in the field. Very low pay rate for the amount of work you do there.
