Hard on the body good on the pay cheque.

Indeed featured review

This is a very physically challenging job that requires lots of lifting and time management. A lot of reviews are jaded here. If you work hard and have okay attendance they do try to work with you to hit the 05 percent. Very fast paced but for every mean person there is a good person who is willing to help you.

decent pay, training, some cool coworkers

life work balance, hard to meet expectations.

Proper and Safe Workplace

Logistics in motion was primarily manual labour which was great for a young person like myself

Toxic Employees and Supervisors, Back Breaking Work

The pay is alright, but not for the amount of work and the incentive is a lie. They promote unsafe work and you'll probably get fired within a couple weeks because of the unrealistic standards. Everyone is in a terrible mood and brings you down. The supervisors only care about numbers and not you. Not recommended!!! Also benefits don't kick in until after months and the RRSP program isn't accessible until after a year which they don't tell you. You're also not on the union until 4 months in or more.

You can slave it since there's always overtime

There's always overtime because they constantly fire people, no one wants to work since the job is backbreaking

Horrible place

Was there nearly 2 years. Over worked incentives that don't actually benefit you. Afternoon shift averaged about 10-15 hours a week. Retention bonus was cancelled after hiring they breached their contract and still fighting for the 3k they owe me in court. The union is very weak and useless. People have had heart attacks due to the physical demand. Dont work here.

You get to leave

Logistics In Motion

Working at Logistics In Motion had its good days and bad days the pay was good but moral throughout the warehouse wasn't. Everyone is different and has different learning styles, the time given to understand the job and to figure out what works for you and find a pace you can move comfortably at.

Good Paying, Not bad

The job is hard you have to move fast and fast if you don't you won't reach the 95% they required you to reach after 10 weeks is a good paying job tho . . .

good job with benefits and good pay

the job is very repetitive but at first its very tiring because or just lifting heavy stuff and putting it on ur pallet. u get a 15m break and 30m break, and they give u lots of hours.

Performance based workplace. Work hard or you'll be written up or terminated.

This workplace has been okay for me. It pays the bills, and that's the only thing keeping me there at the moment. It's a heavy job, always lifting products throughout the day. And it takes a toll on your body. Short break and lunch (15 and 30 mins, getting from the aisle to the caffeteria is still within that time. So you basically have less time) Management have recently denying sick notes because of insufficient information. The physicians told me that they can't issue that information, because of breach in privacy.

Free lunch (once a month and a half)

Short breaks and lunches, high expectations on performance, workers feel undervalued, occasional performance recognition

Do not waste your time seek other options

No one lasts 3 month they have as many full time workers as they want and selectors are a revolving door so they don't have to pay benefits don't kill yourself just to be let go.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?

Not as bad s people say, but not perfect, either

You get fired insanely easily, but the pay is good. It's just moronic hiring tons of new people all the time. It slows down everyone who's not new, and the people usually get fired anyways, so they never learn. Really don't see the point. They probably lose more money than they gain by not paying more benefits.

Pay, free lunches

Good place to make dough

good money, good supervisors, good benefits but just cant work the nightshift Typical day at work i spend talking to my headset. Learned some optimal box stacking techniqures. Management is on point probably the best. Co-Workers are chill Lifting boxes all day but get them muscles. Watching my beautiful load get delivered into the designated gates.

good pay rate

wonderful Union reps, learnt how to work with time as time = productivity was very essential to the job, co workers can be rude during the job but thats because they want thier time and theoir productivity to balance out. Harders part of the job is picking the heavy boxes. the most enjoyable part of the job is the free food occasionally.

free lunches, having a vending machine in case you forget to bring lunch

cold and can be very biting nif you stay in there for too long

Very difficult labour, phenomenal paycheck

I worked my muscles to the bone, and then my bone to dust. But after 3 months of working I paid my tuition with lots to spare. You drive a forklift and pick orders given to you by a device called a Talkman. The Talkman comes with a headset and is programmed to your voice. It works relatively well if you get one in decent condition, but even the good ones will drive you nuts sometimes. The most difficult thing about this job is the time frame they give you. If your cardio is not 100%, don't expect to last 2 weeks. All in all, if you're looking for some quick money and an experience you'll never forget, apply here. They should call you the same day depending on the time.

Union job, great pay, entry level, great experience, free balaclava and work gloves

Union job, the Talkman, extreme physical labour, Good luck.

No job security - Stay away from this job

Rather good hourly pay, but everyday they ask voluntarily time off. Hardly work 30 hours per week. They hire more than 10 people almost every week but they fire most of them within the probation period.
